Baccala alla Giardiniera (Cod) Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb of Cod/hake
2 pcs of carrot
1 pc of turnip
1 oz of butter
a mix of herbs
Instructions:
Boil cod/hake then break into small flakes. Chop turnip and carrots then boil gently. When half-boiled, drain then put into saucepan together with butter, 1/2 teacup water (boiling), herbs and salt.
Add fish when cooked then serve. Same steps follow when cooking lemon sole fillets.
